Film Hub Scotland provides funding opportunities for film exhibition. We support and invest in cinema exhibition in Scotland. If you’re showing films to audiences, either in-venue or online, or want to develop your team’s skills and expertise, we can help.

We provide ongoing support and advice to support your screening activity. Our Mentorships can connect you with an experienced advisor to work through a sticky film exhibition issue over up to four sessions.

We can also connect you with national BFI FAN initiatives. For general questions and advice, or for marketing support for funded screenings, please chat to us via e-mail.

Access Support for Funding Applications

Our access support for applicants is provided by TAPE Community Music & Film. TAPE is an award-winning community arts charity based in North Wales. Established in 2008, the charity has supported thousands of people of all ages, to explore and develop their creative ideas.

We support cultural cinema exhibition projects in Scotland with the BFI FAN Film Exhibition Fund.

Bursary Awards

Support to develop your career in film. Apply for funding to cover training, travel or fees.
