Call for Participants: Amplify for Festivals

Film Hub Scotland and Mustard Studio present a new opportunity for film festivals in Scotland.

Please note: this round of Amplify for Festivals is now closed to applications.

Working with  Mustard Studio (MS), participating festivals will adapt their business plans to meet changing audience behaviours.

Last year, Mustard Studio and Film Hub Scotland ran the Amplify programme for venues. The project assisted seven cinemas to professionalise their practices coming out of the COVID era. With guidance from Mustard Studio, venue business leaders defined new vision objectives and KPI’s for 2022-2055. We are thrilled to replicate the Amplify programme for festivals, who have also suffered greatly during this period.

Amplify for Festivals will help film festivals to identify their needs and to put realistic, measurable and achievable goals in place, which will guide their development over the next 2-5 years. The programme will respond to participants’ needs, with workshop sessions that cover common issues.
