Ayo Schwartz is a Glasgow-based People and Culture leader with over a decade of experience shaping effective people strategies and building inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures across the UK and US.

With expertise in HR operations, employee relations, leadership advisory and policy development, Ayo takes a practical, relationship-centred approach to organisational growth. They have led initiatives across learning and development, workforce planning, wellbeing, safeguarding, compliance and conflict resolution. They have worked at both strategic and operational levels to support organisational change and transformation.

Ayo is trusted by executive teams to build and strengthen People and Culture functions, including establishing the first HR department at the National Theatre of Scotland. Alongside their consultancy work, Ayo contributes to sector development through board roles and national policy engagement, including participation in the Scottish Government’s Culture Fair Work Task Force. Grounded and values-led, Ayo supports organisations to create equitable, supportive workplaces where people can thrive.
