About Act Green
Act Green 2023 took place during July. 17,500 audience members responded to the survey sent out by 86 cultural organisations. Of those, 13% said that Film was the artform they attended most frequently.
In a webinar hosted by BFI National Lottery Sustainable Screen, the Indigo team presented the Act Green results, focusing primarily on cinema audiences and how their responses compare to those from the wider cultural sector. This webinar covered cinema audiences’ attitudes towards the climate emergency and the role of cultural organisations in tackling it.
