Exhibitors’ Day at Glasgow Film Festival 2026

Join our annual gathering for Film Hub Scotland members – right in the heart of Glasgow Film Festival!

Every year, we invite you to join us during Glasgow Film Festival for a day of meeting, learning and sharing. We are using your feedback to inform this year’s sessions – with a particular focus on networking and peer learning.

Plus, we’re excited to announce our new venue: Adelaide Place. Just a short walk from the Glasgow Film Theatre, Adelaide Place is a large, wheelchair-accessible space with plenty of room for mingling. Lunch, refreshments and after-event drinks will be provided.

Accessibility

Adelaide Place is a wheelchair-accessible space with a lot of light and multiple entrances. An accessible, step-free entrance/exit is located on Bath Street, while the general entrance is on Pitt Street. An accessible toilet + separate baby change is located at the rear of the Main Hall auditorium. The Main Hall stage is accessible via a ramp.

There is a small dedicated quiet room with comfy seating available for members to use throughout the day, which is located several steps above the ground floor. The front entrance space, as well as the hallway between the Main Hall and the Wee Room, may also be used as a quiet space in between sessions.

All Main Hall presentations will be available with BSL interpretation (with Lou Hanson and Melissa Toner acting as SLIs) and live captioning, and any lengthy video clips will be shown with descriptive subtitles. Due to limited venue space and the workshop discussion format, we will not be able to provide live captioning for any of the Wee Room workshops (which will run contemporaneously to the Main Hall sessions). A BSL interpreter will be available during the drinks reception.

Workshop prompts and facilitator notes will be available both on-screen and in print for anyone to use. If you require accessible, alternative formats of any presentation slides, please get in touch.

People are welcome to wear face masks if they prefer, and we ask that members are mindful and don’t attend if they have symptoms of COVID-19 or other airborne illnesses.

If you have any queries about access, please get in touch.
